How to use RecruiterCloud

Terms of use

By registering, you undertake to use the service lawfully. You guarantee that you will not disseminate any content relevant to criminal law or violate any other rights of third parties in the course of use.

The dissemination of content that is harmful to minors, pornographic, extremist and racist content is prohibited. Also prohibited are virus attacks and the misuse of the applications to interfere with the security measures of other networks and computers.

You are obliged to maintain secrecy and to use the password properly and further agree that all communications concerning this user relationship may be sent by e-mail, unless another form is prescribed by law.

Responsibility/ Disclaimer

You are responsible for all content (texts, photos, graphics, files, links) that you store. In particular, you are obliged not to infringe any trademark, copyright, personal or other rights of third parties. You undertake to protect your access to RecruiterCloud against unauthorised use by third parties and to keep the password secret. Insofar as you are at fault, you shall indemnify SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH against all damages incurred by SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH due to unauthorised use of access to the service or other damaging actions by you or third parties. SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH shall only be responsible for third-party content in accordance with the Teleservices Act, the Telemedia Act and the Media Services State Treaty,

  1. if SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH has knowledge of the unlawful acts or the contents and SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH is also aware of the facts or circumstances from which the unlawful act or the contents become apparent in the case of claims for damages, or
  2. if SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH has not taken immediate action to remove the contents or to block access to them as soon as SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH has gained such knowledge. Furthermore, SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH excludes any liability.

SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH is not liable for the content of other websites linked to RecruiterCloud. Links to websites that are subject to charges are not permitted. SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH does not adopt the contents of these external and linked websites as its own and does not assume any responsibility. As soon as SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH becomes aware of illegal content or of a link to websites subject to charges, it shall block the link after checking it. SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH shall not be liable for damage caused to users of the expert portal by computer viruses or other damaging mechanisms introduced through data exchange with other users or by other users.

SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH is not liable for any damage caused by malfunctions of the RecruiterCloud. Software errors cannot be excluded. Users have the possibility to report software errors by email. SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH will correct these errors as quickly as possible.

Violation of the terms of use

SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH shall be entitled to remove unlawful content (e.g. content that violates legal or official prohibitions or offends common decency) from the applications without prior warning to the user. In addition, SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH reserves the right to issue a temporary or unlimited ban on use in such cases. The user shall be informed of such a measure without delay. This shall not constitute a claim for reimbursement on the part of the user. If SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH becomes aware of an unlawful act by the user or if SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH is informed of an alleged unlawful act by a third party, SteinmetzPartners Executive Consultants GmbH shall pass on the personal data to the criminal prosecution and regulatory authorities if necessary within the framework of the statutory provisions.

Our services for business and IT professionals are free of charge. Our services for executive search consultants are free of charge in the basic version, but are subject to a charge in the professional version. We reserve the right to delete the data of users with whom we do not have a fee-based contractual relationship at any time.
