You are responsible for supporting the sales organization’s enablement activities, with a focus on the scalable sales process, improvement of onboarding experience for new sales hirings and of training (with intended E-learning possibilities) for existing employees, leveraging real sales experience and technical knowledge

Aufgaben im Detail
  • You will train and equip the sales team with the right tools and processes to establish and support a scalable sales process
  • This position empowers you to be the first point of contact for support requests from the sales team
  • You will work with product marketing and product management to coordinate the field enablement needs for new features
  • You have at least 5 years of work experience in a similar position in IT and a higher education or adequate diploma in a related field
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills in English (German would be an asset)
  • Experience in improving processes, trainings and onboarding experience, Excellent trainer and supporter of the sales tools and processes
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Affinity with digitalization trends and cybersecurity
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of RFP/Bid response process and support would be an advantage
  • You will work with product marketing and product management to coordinate the field enablement needs for new features
