Aufgaben im Detail
  • You will supervise relationships to the most important customers and build strategic partnerships
  • You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term trust of key customer peers and help cultivate and preserve that trust by providing a consistent and reliable customer experience
  • You acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • You develop trust relationships with key customers to ensure highest satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • You advance these relationships by continuously proposing new solutions and seize new opportunities
  • ou manage complex sales cycles and customer organizations
  • You work in close cooperation with both our product management and technical teams in order to plan and close deals
Anforderungen
  • You are fluent in German and English and you are highly motivated to learn new skills and expand your knowledge
  • You impress with your value selling approach in complex IT environments (preferably in selling managed IT services)
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels, incl. C-level
  • You have excellent organizational skills and ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • You have a strong affinity with digitalization trends and cybersecurity
  • Your knowledge in the areas of Secure SD-WAN, Global Connectivity, Cloud deployments (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS), SOCaaS and Cybersecurity would be an advantage
