To support our growth in Switzerland, we are looking for a Category Manager to shape the future of our “Retail & Logistics” sector. This role will offer a unique opportunity to build, scale, and optimize our coverage of this specific industry. Aufgaben im Detail
  • Sector analytics and strategy: work closely with the Coople leadership team on designing a business strategy for your sector
  • Experience in Retail and Logistics sectors preferred
  • Customer management: With the support of a sales and account management team, you will build and maintain a strong network within the sector in Switzerland
  • You will identify and lead new customer acquisition, advise them on how to cover their staffing needs efficiently and be responsible for their overall customer experience on the Coople platform
  • Business Development: You will drive the activity in your sector through the design and implementation of promotion measures in cooperation with our marketing and business intelligence departments
  • Act as a business owner for his or her sector, possessing a solid understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business (this entails forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on performance)
  • Have a complete understanding of customer needs, both existing and potential
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with large customers effectively
Anforderungen
  • BA/BS in Business, Economics, Marketing (or related field)
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience that demonstrates strong analytics, strategy development and project leadership skills
  • Basic understanding for personnel services, or you are prepared to broaden your knowledge in this field
  • Fluent German / Excellent knowledge of English, French advantageous
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proven track record of bias for action, team leadership and driving results, Ability to think both strategically and tactically with high level of attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
