Coople is the largest on-demand staffing platform in the world, connecting people with businesses looking to find flexible staff. Offering flexible work across the hospitality, retail, events, office and logistics sectors to our 210,000+ registered workers, our app and web platforms allow us to fill 98% of job openings within 4 hours.

To support our fast growth in Switzerland, we are looking for a Regional Manager to join our team in Zurich and shape the future of our operations in Romandie. You will manage a small team and you will act as the lead and the driving force to optimize our coverage of the whole region.

Aufgaben im Detail
  • We are looking to add a result-driven professional to the team, to think big and grow our business accordingly
  • Commercial analytics and strategy: you will work closely with the Coople leadership team on designing a business strategy for your region (i.e. understanding market and client needs, drivers of supply and demand, pricing, competitive landscape, etc.)
  • and reporting on the performance of key initiatives
  • Account management: With the support of your sales and account management team, you will build and maintain a strong network with your key clients locally.
  • You will identify and lead new customer acquisition, advise them on how to cover their staffing needs efficiently and be responsible for their overall customer experience on the Coople platform
  • Business Development: You will drive the activity in your region through the design and implementation of promotion measures, in cooperation with our marketing and business intelligence departments
  • A solid understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business (this entails forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on performance)
  • Act as a business owner for the Romandie region
Anforderungen
  • BA/BS in Business, Economics, Marketing (or related field) / MBA preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience that demonstrates strong analytics, strategy development and project leadership skills
  • Basic understanding for personnel services, or you are prepared to broaden your knowledge in this field
  • French mother tongue, English fluent, German advantageous
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proven track record of bias for action, team leadership and driving results, Ability to think both strategically and tactically with high level of attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, Existing network in Romandie
